Fish and shellfish are purchased daily from our large volume of fish suppliers located around the coast of Great Britain (Cornwall, South Coast, Scotland, South East Coast), and throughout Europe (Norway, France, Spain and the Mediterranean).
Best Continuity & Freshness
Because we endeavour to supply the best quality and freshness, we aim to supply line-caught and drift-netted fish from small day boats wherever possible. This enables us to establish the best continuity of fresh fish supplies during every season of the year.
Fish stocks are delivered overnight from ports in temperature-controlled vehicles and customers may be assured that all fish products are stored and transported with due diligence and care.
